At Chains to Change, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Each product represents our commitment to faith, transformation, and quality. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Custom, limited-edition, or sale items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund
To begin a return or refund, please contact us at chainstochangesfmn@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief explanation in your email so we can quickly resolve the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if the problem is confirmed to be our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution. If you still haven’t received your refund after this time, contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
Third-Party Transactions
If your purchase or payment was processed through an external platform (for example, a partnered print or payment service), refunds will be handled according to that platform’s policies. We only partner with trusted third parties to ensure secure transactions and fair refund procedures.
