Shipping Policy

At Chains to Change, we’re committed to ensuring your order is handled with care from print to delivery. Each item is made to order by our trusted printing and fulfillment partner, with an average turnaround of about 2 weeks from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your door. This time allows us to ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail in every print and design.

Order Processing

All products are printed and prepared after your order is submitted. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by production and shipping. Most customers receive their orders within 10–14 business days.

Please double-check your shipping information during checkout to avoid delays. Chains to Change is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, delivery method, and total order weight.

We currently offer domestic U.S. shipping. International shipping is not yet available but may be added in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at chainstochangesfmn@gmail.com.

Delays and Service Interruptions

While we aim to meet our average turnaround time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

We kindly ask that you extend us a little grace as we continue to grow. Chains to Change is still fresh and refining our processes, and there may be occasional kinks as we build toward excellence. Our heart is to serve you well, and if we ever fall short of your expectations, we would love the opportunity to talk with you and make it right.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund options will be provided when appropriate.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chains to Change is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
